Dr. Najd holds a doctorate in pharmacology from Howard University and completed post-doctoral studies at Harvard University in Integrative Medicine. With over three decades of transactional experience in finance and investments in the United States, the United Arab Emirates, the Kingdom of Saudia Arabia and the Sultanate of Oman, Nicholas specializes in sourcing and structuring M&A transactions, initial public offerings (IPOs) and high yield bonds. Nicholas holds an MBA in finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MA in Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Chicago.

Khalid Al Jashmi is the Managing Director of NEEI in Oman. He holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering with First Class Honors from the University of Teesside, UK, and is fluent in Arabic and English. She is an architect and landscape designer with a master’s in sustainable architecture and landscape design from Politecnico di Milano. She brings a strong academic foundation complemented by professional experience in leading design offices in Paris and Milan and has contributed to diverse projects of varying scales across the globe, including in Brazil, several European countries, and the United Arab Emirates. She is dedicated to advancing knowledge and delivering innovative solutions that reshape and reimagine our environment for a better quality of life.
